NSRC to develop middle school curriculum

The National Science Resources Center, whose "Science and Technology for Children" units for elementary students have been reviewed in our Fall 1992 and Spring 1994 issues, has just announced receiving a four-year grant from the National Science Foundation to develop a middle school science curriculum. Entitled "Science and Technology Concepts of Middle Schools," it will consist of eight modules for seventh and eight graders focusing on life, earth, and physical sciences and technological design.
