e-mail and Letters to the Editors: Our Readers Respond
Sending in a renewal of your subscription is an opportune time to add a note to the editors, and we are grateful for those who have taken the time to add a note with their subscription renewal. Among them are Bonnie Brunckhorst, Rustum Roy, and Miriam Kittrell, who encouraged us to "keep up the good work." Bruce Tulloch, whose "Well, How Do You Like the Ride?" was our first feature article -- in the October 1982 issue -- sent us copies of newsletters from an organization of which he is now president: the New York State Science Education Leadership Association. And Chemistry and Science Education Professor Joseph Schmuckler of Temple University wrote that his colleagues in China are always wanting materials on STS and would appreciate back issues of our Newsletter.
NASTS President Bob Yager e-mailed us on our "wonderful winter issue." And Grace Bowne, who has reviewed a book in this issue, e-mailed us about two articles in our winter issue that she had found particularly useful.
