This course will augment introductory microbiology and biology courses. It will also serve as a teaching companion to Intimate Strangers: Unseen Life on Earth, a four-part television series to be broadcast on PBS in 1999. NABT, which is serving as the MLC Outreach Coordinator, is developing MLC Activity guides which will use the stories and scientific themes from the Intimate Strangers series.
