The authors of this article are affiliates of the National Center for Science Teaching and Learning. An article on page 6 of our Fall 1994 issue quotes them as finding from a survey that "45 states will have some form of STS implementation by the year 1994. . . ." This article reports how that survey was conducted of the 50 state science supervisors during the middle half of 1993 and presents the results, state-by-state, in tabular form.
